SMA Strategic Positioning Launch Meeting Was Held Successfully

On August 1st, SMA Company held a strategic positioning kick-off meeting, officially launching a new journey of the company's strategic upgrading. The company's leadership team, middle-level managers,country or region Sales Managers, technical support  team, and the expert team of Kunlun Strategic Positioning Consulting attended the meeting together.

 

 

At the meeting, Mr. Song Jianwei, an expert from Kunlun Strategic Positioning Consulting (a subsidiary of Chengmei), explained the core points of strategic positioning in a simple and in-depth manner by combining vivid cases with theories. Covering topics from industry trends to competitive barriers, and from user mentality to differentiation paths, the participants all expressed that they had benefited a lot.

 

 

Subsequently, Mr. Wang Hui, the deputy general manager, made a detailed announcement and explanation on the company's strategic positioning and the next action plan. He not only systematically interpreted the company's strategic positioning map, but also profoundly elaborated on the implementation paths of various actions.Helping the participants fully understand and deeply grasp the strategic positioning. In the concluding speech, Mr. Yin Wenping, SMA Chairman and General Manager, emphasized that clarifying the strategic positioning is crucial for enterprises to accurately find their industry coordinates and clarify their development paths. It is necessary to base on the actual market situation and give full play to their own advantages. He pointed out that a good positioning needs to be widely disseminated, so that the positioning and advertising slogans can become the distinctive business cards of the company and deeply root in the customers' minds. In the meanwhile, he required all departments should work closely together, advance as planned, transform the positioning requirements into specific actions, conduct regular reviews, ensure the strategy implementation & takes root, and provide a strong driving force for the development of the enterprise.
