From May 10th to 11th, 2025, the second phase of SMA Company's "Cultivating Leaders" cadre training camp successfully concluded. 43 middle and senior managers as well as reserve cadres participated in the training activities focusing on the theme of "Customer-centric, Reducing Costs and Increasing Efficiency through Processes". The training specially invited Mr. Liu Zhonghua, an authoritative expert in the field of project management and process digitization and former director of Huawei China's project group, to give lectures, bringing cutting-edge knowledge and practical experience to everyone.

At the opening ceremony, Liu Peng, Director of Human Resources, elaborated on the background, strategic significance and requirements for expected results of this training program, clarifying the learning direction for the participants. Subsequently, Wang Hui, Deputy General Manager, emphasized the importance and timeliness of this training, put forward clear learning and work requirements for all trainees, and further strengthened everyone's understanding of the value of the training.

During the two-day training, with profound professional knowledge and rich practical experience, Mr. Liu Zhonghua systematically imparted cutting-edge concepts and practical strategies for process management and digital transformation through a teaching method that combines in-depth analysis of theories, interpretation of typical cases, discussion and analysis of problems, and output of solutions.
