Subsequently, Liu Peng, Director of Human Resources, read out the "Decision on Commending Excellent Employees and Collectives in 2024" and commended the outstanding advanced collectives and individuals. He hoped that the commended advanced collectives and individuals would cherish their honors, make persistent efforts, and achieve even better results in their work in the future. Next, the conference held the signing ceremony of the 2025 target responsibility letter. Yin Wenping, Chairman and General Manager, signed the "2025 Performance Target Responsibility Letter" with the person in charge of each department, and they jointly promised that in 2025, they will focus on "improving quality and efficiency, upholding integrity and innovation", work hard and pragmatically, and ensure the completion of the 2025 work task indicators!

In the evening party, wonderful programs prepared by various departments were staged in turn, from energetic dances to melodious songs, from warm and touching sign language performances to witty crosstalks, all showing the unique charm and versatility of SMA people in their spare time. The audience kept applauding and cheering. After voting by all employees, 6 programs stood out and won excellent program awards. During the dinner, everyone raised their glasses to celebrate, with laughter and joy filling the air, creating a harmonious and happy atmosphere. The highly anticipated lucky draw session came as scheduled. As lucky prizes were announced one after another, laughter and cheers filled the stage and the audience, and the entire dinner scene was surrounded by a strong festive atmosphere.
