Coating Machine

▶Mixing ability and flexibility
The shape of the pot and the mixing blades welded to the center ensure that the tablets are evenly and thoroughly stirred, maintaining good mixing ability even in the smallest and largest quantities, ensuring a wide range of batches (from 25% to 100% of the pot volume) on the same device. The position and size of the specially designed exhaust pipe can ensure uniform and thorough drying of the material, saving energy.
▶Automatic loading and unloading
The machine can be equipped with automatic loading and unloading devices. The standard P series perforated coating machine can be equipped with a discharge pipe fixed to the pot through the quick clip device. This system has no sanitary dead Angle and can ensure that 100% of the material is discharged into the bucket.

Full automatic control system adopts PLC and touch screen to ensure stable guidance to operators and maintain continuous control of every important parameter, which is displayed in digital and chart format.

The side door has the function of automatic locking and detection when the machine is turned on, so as to prevent operators from misoperation and causing injuries to personnel. Inflatable sealing ring is adopted.
The purified air passed through the junior high HEPA filter is sent to the main engine by the blower, and the exhaust air is filtered by the dust collector and the bag in bag out HEPA filter, and then discharged to the outdoor by the exhaust fan. During the whole production process, the micro-negative pressure of -50Pa is maintained in the host cavity.
All parts that come into contact with the product will be wetted or subjected to a more rigorous and sophisticated online cleaning process based on an operational risk control analysis prior to removal.
